We champion the special role the piano can play in inspiring and connecting audiences, enabling people to discover and enjoy the piano, and experience world class performance in Leeds and beyond.

Unlock the power of music to inspire learning

More than 2,500 Leeds schoolchildren will experience our projects in 2023 through interactive concerts & workshops for primary schools and projects to support the A level music curriculum. Together, our schools have created a brand new Leeds Schools Piano Trail, hosting 20 pianos which are helping to inspire students across Leeds.

Leeds Piano Trail

We have installed public ‘street pianos’ all around Leeds for everyone to play and enjoy. Bringing music to every street corner, this year over 1.8 million people will engage with our pianos, which are supported by the University of Leeds, LeedsBID, Classic FM, Besbrode Pianos and Steinway & Sons, as well as our host venues and communities.
