Count Me In – Project for Key Stage 2 Children (ages 7-11) – Book Now!

Since Ancient Greece, music and maths have been inseparable. Count Me In, performed by international superstar pianist Alexandra Dariescu and London Symphony Orchestra conductor and presenter Timothy Redmond, explores that irresistible combination of notes and numbers. Tim tries to persuade Alex to play Grieg’s Piano Concerto, with the children singing songs based on the Grieg’s themes to help him out. Count Me In also features music by Clara Schumann, Hector Villa-Lobos and Florence Price to create a fun inspiring and interactive show specially written for children in KS2.

We are delighted to offer a subsidised schools’ package – coach transport to The Carriageworks, a ticket to the show, specially commissioned classroom resources and CPD for teachers – at a cost of £5 per child (adult tickets are free).

Where: The Carriageworks Theatre, Millenium Square, Leeds

When: 1.30pm, Tuesday 12th March 2024.

Please contact [email protected] to book your tickets.
