‘The Leeds’ is one of the world’s leading music competitions. We are proud to discover, launch and champion the very finest young pianists. We are also passionate about the power of the piano to enhance people’s lives and we create enriching and impactful artistic programmes which have young talent at their heart.

We are excited to be seeking an exceptional individual to join our small and dedicated team in this new role, as we expand to meet the needs of our growing charity.

You will help us establish strong differentiation of our quality brand to maintain our profile as a leader in our sector. You will be responsible for building and delivering our marketing and communications strategy, helping us engage with the very highest calibre of potential applicants around the world. Working with our key partners, you will develop our digital identity and presence, including developing content strategies with our global streaming partner medici.tv.

You will help us deepen our understanding of our audiences and implement effective audience development strategies, including tracking and measuring our activities and programmes. This will involve collaboration with partners in the wider Leeds region and our sister cities of London, Berlin, Singapore and New York.
