A festival with Piano at its heart, we’re delighted to partner with the Petworth Festival for the first time. Petworth have agreed to programme our 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize-winners in consecutive years following each Competition.
First up, our Gold Medal Winner Alim Beisembayev performs on Friday 29 July.
Taking inspiration from The Leeds, there will also be a Petworth Piano Trail to enjoy!
Check out the other piano themed events they have programmed below and see their website for more information.
“It is one of the greatest privileges we could wish for to be able to showcase winners of such an important international piano competition as The Leeds. We are enormously excited to work with Adam and his team, and so much look forward to welcoming them to Petworth as I know they will be a source of great inspiration to young musicians in our area.”

“This new association between the Petworth Festival and the Leeds International Piano Competition is a fabulous development for us in West Sussex. The piano and magnificent pianists have always been at the front and centre of our festival programming, so to be able to welcome annually one of the hugely exciting talents unveiled by The Leeds can only add hugely to the gravitas and significance of what we do. We’re thrilled!”
